Individual hypnotherapy or dream work sessions can be done by telephone as well as in person. This is efficient and deep inner work, individualized for each person and going directly to the heart of issues in cooperation with inner wisdom and subconscious self-knowledge. Shifts arise naturally from the subconscious, so that feelings and behaviors change without mental effort or struggle.
